Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Emi Queens Clothing. We are committed to delivering your royal everyday wear to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Areas

  • We ship all across India, covering major metros, tier-2/tier-3 cities, and regional zones.

  • Our distribution network heavily focuses on localized delivery pipelines, ensuring swift dispatch and tracking across the country.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum cart value (as advertised on our announcement bar).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): To support hassle-free shopping, COD is available for most pin codes. A nominal non-refundable handling fee of ₹50–₹99 may apply to COD orders to account for carrier processing costs.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • All orders are processed and packed with absolute care at our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next operational business day.

  • Please Note: If you choose Cash on Delivery, our team may reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to quickly verify your delivery address before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may experience automated processing holds.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your garment leaves our fulfillment facility, estimated transit times vary based on your location:

  • Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India (Tier-2/3 & Regional Towns): 5 to 7 business days.

While we always strive to meet these timelines, unexpected transit factors such as severe weather, regional holidays, or festive courier backlogs may occasionally cause minor delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • The moment your parcel is handed over to our shipping partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Xpressbees), you will automatically receive an SMS, email, or WhatsApp notification.

  • This message will contain a live tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey directly from your mobile device.

6. Address Corrections & Missed Deliveries

  • Corrections: If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout, please notify our customer support team within 12 hours of placing the order so we can manually adjust it before dispatch.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our hub. Please ensure your mobile number remains reachable so the delivery agent can contact you upon arrival.
